DELIVERY INFORMATION

What is the shipping fee?

TEAC will pay the postage for shipping and return of items over 50€/£.

What is the estimated delivery time? 

Immediately ready for dispatch, delivery time up to 3 working days for Germany and Austria. Up to 5 days for other delivery countries. Deviating delivery dates are indicated on our product detail pages.

If products are not ready for dispatch within one working day, the delivery date shall be postponed in accordance with the period for which they are ready for dispatch at the latest.

Where do you deliver? 

Currently, we deliver only to Germany, Austria, France, Spain, Great Britain, Italy, Belgium and the Netherlands. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to other countries at the moment. If this changes, we will gladly let you know in our newsletter.

Which shipping service provider do you use?

We deliver exclusively with our shipping partners UPS and GLS.

GLS is only used within Austria.

Tracking my order?

The tracking number/tracking ID will be provided to you via email and in your order history (only for orders with registered account) by our shipping providers once your order has been shipped. (also check spam)

If you have already received your tracking ID, you can enter it in the links below and track it.

We do everything we can to ship your order as quickly as possible. Sometimes this may take a little longer, so please do not open a ticket immediately after placing your order.
