ESSW-90268 SACD Beethoven & Dvorak

Beethoven's String Quartets No. 9 in C major, Op. 59 No. 3 "Rasumowsky" and No. 11 in F minor, Op. 95 "Serioso", along with Dvořák's String Quartet No. 12 in F major, Op. 96 "American", performed by the Alban Berg Quartett. The performances were recorded live at the Mozart-Saal, Wiener Konzerthaus, with recordings taking place on June 15 and June 17, 1989 for Beethoven's quartets, and October 20-23, 1989 for Dvořák's quartet.
